ARSP-YNxxxxA Pressure Sensor

ARSP-YNxxxxA Series Pressure Sensor is a device specifically designed for differential pressure measurement. Its core component is a silicon piezoresistive pressure-sensitive chip manufactured using MEMS technology. The chip senses the applied pressure through the pressure port and generates an electrical signal proportional to the applied pressure. An integrated circuit chip provides digital compensation for offset, sensitivity, temperature drift, and non-linearity, and outputs a calibrated and temperature-compensated digital signal (I2C) referenced to the supply voltage.
