Structural Features
The ceramic body head is metallized using a ceramic metallization process and directly laser-welded to the aluminum housing and ceramic insulator. This ensures a stable and consistent internal structure with extremely high reliability, without damaging the internal insulation or external appearance.
The ceramic body head is metallized via ceramic metallization, with a ceramic layer in the middle isolating it from the insulating cavity to achieve electrical isolation. The insulation distance meets the requirements of Clause 29 of the safety standard (≥2.0mm), complying with national 3C safety regulations for reinforced insulation and eliminating the need for grounding.
Aluminum-coated ceramic metallization enhances the thermal conductivity of the ceramic. A flat thermistor increases the thermal contact area. Thermally conductive silicone adhesive, capable of withstanding up to 300°C, is used for insulation. This ensures temperature sensitivity and consistency, as well as reliable insulation performance.
The cavity-insulated encapsulation design reduces structural volume, lowers production costs, streamlines manufacturing processes, and enables fully automated production.
