Features an internal interlocking structure with metal guide grooves and anti-slip buckles, combined with a built-in ceramic body and integrated insulation.
The built-in ceramic insulating cavity is precision-machined and equipped with a thermistor positioning device to ensure consistent reliability.
The ceramic body head is metallized using a ceramic metallization process and directly laser-welded to the aluminum housing and ceramic insulator. This ensures a stable and consistent internal structure with extremely high reliability, without damaging the internal insulation or external structure.
The ceramic body head is metallized via ceramic metallization, with a ceramic layer in the middle isolating it from the insulating cavity to achieve electrical isolation. This design complies with national 3C safety regulations, enhances insulation, and eliminates the need for grounding.
Aluminum-coated ceramic metallization enhances the thermal conductivity of the ceramic; a flat thermistor increases the thermal contact area; and thermally conductive silicone adhesive, capable of withstanding up to 300°C, is used for insulation. This ensures excellent temperature sensitivity and consistency, as well as reliable insulation performance.
The cavity-insulated encapsulation design reduces structural volume, lowers production costs, streamlines manufacturing processes, and enables fully automated production.
